1. Assemble the Frame: Follow the included instructions to attach the main components, such as the side panels and the front bar, to form the unit's frame.
2. Load the HexcelWrap® Roll: Tilt the roll to place one end on the round support, guide it under the tension bar, and lift slightly as you position it. Our setup video demonstrates this step for added clarity.
3. Adjust the Tension: Use the built-in thumbscrew to set the ideal tension. Adjust until the wrap feeds smoothly and opens fully into its honeycomb structure without requiring excessive pulling.

Using Your HexcelPack Mini Packing Station™

Using your Mini Packing Station™ couldn’t be easier. Place the item you want to protect on the loose end of the HexcelWrap® sheet, with the sheet in front of you. Then pull gently on the wrap, rolling the item as you go to cover it in as many layers as you need for cushioning.

When you’ve decided you have enough product wrap around the item, simply tear the wrap by hand—no scissors or cutting tools required. You also won’t need any tape or adhesive to keep the rolled merchandise contained. HexcelWrap® interlocks to keep the wrap in place from the moment you use it until the product reaches its destination.
