HexaFil™ is a slit-paper void fill that expands from its center in a spiral formation, creating a bulky cushion that retains its shape throughout transit. Unlike foam peanuts or air pillows that shift and settle, HexaFil holds its position — blocking, bracing, and cushioning products against shock and movement. Made from 100% PEFC Canadian paper, it recycles completely and integrates seamlessly with HexcelWrap® for maximum protection. Simply open the box, remove the paper core, feed the paper through the opening, close the lid, and you're ready to pack.
